J.-Sebastien Lagarde is currently the Vice President Senior of Corporate Strategy and Branch Operations, as well as the Executive Vice President of Optimum Assurance Agricole. Lagarde oversees marketing, broker relationships, mergers & acquisitions, and strategy for a medium-size P+C insurer in Canada. Lagarde has held various leadership positions in different companies, including project management roles in Europe and actuarial positions in the United States and Canada. Lagarde holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
