The Analysis and Coordination team at Optimum General Insurance is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and streamlining processes across the company. Comprised of a Business Analyst & IT Project Coordinator, a Data Analyst, and an Administration and Development Analyst, this team works collaboratively to analyze business requirements, coordinate IT projects, manage and interpret large datasets, and ensure administrative efficiency. Their expertise supports the company's commitment to providing innovative and specialized insurance solutions through independent brokers.
