Natalie Tollefson

Natalie Tollefson, SPHR, serves as the Director of ServiceNow Employee Workflows Delivery at Optimum Healthcare IT since March 2023, focusing on engagement management and business process consulting for healthcare clients. Previously, Tollefson was the ServiceNow Practice Leader for HR & Employee Workflows at Cask, overseeing transformative strategy delivery. Prior roles included Principal Solution Architect Consultant at ArcLight Consulting, HR Transformation Consultant at Fortive, and Director of HR Transformation and Technology at Vituity Practice Management, where Tollefson administered HRIS and developed strategic roadmaps.
