Björn Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Björn began their career at e-Services Group International as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist from February 1999 to December 2007. Following that, Björn joined Xerox as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer in 2001, where they stayed until 2008. During this period, they managed all IT staff in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and established strong client relationships with prominent Fortune 500 companies.

In 2008, Björn moved to Tyco Integrated Security as an Infrastructure Engineer, responsible for managing Avaya Aura core Messaging system and overseeing backup services, disaster recovery, and data recovery procedures until November 2016. Concurrently, from 2013 to 2019, they held the position of a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Johnson Controls, where they managed Avaya Aura core Messaging system and handled various aspects of the enterprise-level VOIP network.

From 2011 to 2012, Björn served as an IT Manager at Fullgram Solution, reporting to the CIO and making crucial decisions to enhance the company's IT infrastructure. During their tenure, they successfully expanded the company to two sites over METRO Ethernet. Björn's most recent role is at Optimum Origens, where they served as both President & CEO and Chief Executive Officer, offering a wide range of Managed Services for IT infrastructure.

Björn Campbell began their education at Mannings High School, where they completed their High School Diploma from 1990 to 1998. Following this, Björn attended Sam Sharpe Teachers College from 1998 to 2000, focusing on Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
