Alok Jain

Alok Jain has over 20 years of experience in the field of customer operations, business development, sales, and business management. Alok began their career in 1998 as a Business Manager at Link Automation Limited. In 2006, they joined Eastern Software Systems (P) Limited as a Business Development Manager. In 2008, they became Sales Head - South Region at Sage Software India (P) Limited. In 2009, they moved to Optimus BT Inc. as Sr. Manager - International Sales and Business Development. Alok has been with Optimus BT since 2017 as Sr. Manager - Customer Operations.

Alok Jain received a post graduate degree in business management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 1998.
