We are looking for a Client Partner to support and expand business within our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have experience managing hyper-growth accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with key clients, focusing on expanding business within newly acquired accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges to drive further engagement.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue from current clients by identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Partner with Microsoft teams to align strategies and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
Actively participate in client reviews and strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment between Optimus Info’s services and client goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an account management or client partner role, preferably in professional services or technology.
Proven track record of managing and expanding key accounts.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize based on strategic importance.
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure, is a strong asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud platforms.
Experience in Professional Services and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Experience with expansion strategies
