Daniel Gray is the Associate Director of Java at Optimus Search. Daniel has been with the company since September 2012, and in that time has built a reputation as one of the leading recruitment consultants in the industry.

Gray started their career at Optimus Search as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, responsible for building the .NET C# market in Germany. In this role, they placed over 50 people in permanent positions over two years, working with some of the biggest names in the banking and finance sector, including AOL, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Boerse.

In September 2014, Gray was promoted to Associate Director of Java, and has since been responsible for leading the Java team and ensuring that Optimus Search remains at the forefront of the recruitment market.

Daniel Gray studied psychology at the University of Leeds and Guildford County School. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in psychology.
