Sasha Cooper

Sasha Cooper is currently the Head of People at Optimus Search. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Hudson from September 2014 to March 2017. Her work there focused on recruitment and talent management for a range of clients in the financial and professional services industries. Sasha started their career as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK from December 2011 to September 2014. There, they completed training in No7 products and healthcare, which enabled their to advise customers on simple health issues and recommend over the counter medication.

Sasha Cooper has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from London Metropolitan University. Sasha also has a BTECH National Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from Doncaster College. Sasha is certified by Avado in CIPD Level 5 Diploma and by Thomas International in GIA Practitioner and PPA Practitioner.

They are on a team with Molly Simm - Head of Internal Recruitment, Richard Eggleston - Director, and Ardian Gradica - Head of Contract. Sasha Cooper reports to Nigel Livingston, CEO.
