Amy Dibartola

Amy DiBartola, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MPS, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Optimus Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational growth. Prior to this role, Amy was the Senior Training Delivery Manager at Xanterra Travel Collection, overseeing the implementation of the Absorb Learning Management System and providing coaching and development support. Additionally, Amy held the position of Learning and Development Director at Nemacolin, where leadership development programs were initiated for over 150 managers, and previously at Xanterra Travel Collection, where professional development for more than 3,000 employees was a primary focus. Amy's extensive HR experience began with roles in various capacities within Xanterra, transforming the Personnel Department into a strategic HR organization. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in HR and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a BA in Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh.
