Tracy Vogt

Tracy Vogt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tracy is currently employed at Zelis as the VP of People & Culture - Technology. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they provided strategic HR leadership and played a key role in integrating acquired companies. Before joining Oracle, Tracy worked at Schneider Electric as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting global business unit teams and driving HR programs. Tracy also worked at Explorica, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Customer Account Manager, overseeing various HR functions and managing customer accounts in North America.

Tracy Vogt holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Colby College. They also completed their High School Diploma at Brooks School. Additionally, Tracy Vogt obtained certifications in Hogan Assessment & Feedback from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2014 and SPHR from HRCI in January 2008.
