Cynthia Brown

Cynthia Brown, CPP, currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Optina, focusing on enhancing customer and employee experiences while collaborating with the leadership team to empower employees. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at UKG as the Lead Market Advisor and Principal Lead Solution Consultant, where responsibilities included developing deployment strategies and managing complex HR/Payroll HCM product implementations. Previously, at Ultimate Software, similar consulting roles were undertaken. Cynthia's career includes positions at The Dowling Foundation, Xcel Energy, Newmont Mining Corporation, and several others, showcasing expertise in payroll, tax accounting, and office management. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Colorado at Denver.
