Mike Marino

Mike Marino is the Chief Legal Officer at Optinose. Prior to this, they were an attorney at WilmerHale from January 2001 to December 2005 where they focused on advising public and privately held companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, financing transactions (including public offerings, private placements and debt facilities), public company reporting, corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance and other general corporate matters. From January 2015 to December 2017, Mike Marino was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Fibrocell Science, Inc. (acquired by Castle Creek). Mike was responsible for the management, direction and oversight of the Company’s legal, intellectual property and compliance functions. Mike also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Mike Marino started their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University. Mike then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.

Their manager is Peter K. Miller, CEO & Director. They work with Michele Janis - VP, Finance, Jonathan Neely - VP, Investor Relations, & Business Development, and Karen E. Brophy - Chief Human Resources Officer.
