Autumn Romanowski BSN, RN, CRNI® has diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Autumn began their career as a Level C RN/Hematology Oncology Bone Marrow Transplant nurse at the University of Michigan Health System from May 2007 to April 2011. Following this, they worked as an Infusion Nurse at Preferred Providers Home Healthcare from October 2008 to April 2011. Autumn then moved on to Providence Health & Services where they served as a Program Coordinator/Nurse Navigator for Cancer Patient Services from March 2017 to September 2017. Currently, they are working at Option Care Health, where they have held several roles including Infusion Nurse/Case Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Care Transition Specialist, Infusion Nurse, Certified Infusion Nurse, Director of Nursing, and most recently, Senior Manager of Operations and Director of Clinical Services. Autumn's extensive experience and expertise in infusion nursing make their a valuable asset in the field.

Autumn Romanowski BSN, RN, CRNI® completed their education at the University of Michigan School of Nursing from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing. Prior to that, they attended Washtenaw Community College from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Nursing Transfer. Autumn Romanowski also holds additional certifications as a CRNI® obtained from the Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation in April 2019 and as an Oncology Certified Nurse obtained from the Oncology Nursing Society in May 2011.
