Collin Smyser

Collin Smyser is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Option Care Health. Collin is an experienced legal leader with a proven track record of providing strategic legal support to public companies in rapidly evolving, highly regulated industries such as consumer products, retail, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

Prior to joining Option Care Health, Collin was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Elanco Animal Health Incorporated and served as its chief corporate governance, securities, and corporate transactions attorney. Collin was also previously Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he was responsible for directing and executing the legal strategy for the company’s $8 billion North American consumer business and oversaw the company’s Global IP and Global Supply Chain legal teams.

Collin also previously served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary at Walgreens Boots Alliance and held legal leadership roles at Allscripts and Motorola. He began his career in private practice at Allen & Overy LLP in London, England, and at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago, Illinois.

Collin has his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School.
