Genesi Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Genesi has held various leadership roles such as Director of Quality and Risk Management at Option Care Health and Regional Clinical Director at Option Care Health. At Fresenius Medical Care, American Access Care of Florida, they served as the Facility Administrator and Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager. Genesi successfully led the conversion of an office-based surgical center into an ambulatory surgical center and was responsible for incident management across multiple locations.

At the University of Miami, Genesi Gonzalez was the Director of Nursing, overseeing clinical operations across multiple departments.
