Fernando Oliver Irarrázaval

Fernando Oliver Irarrázaval has a diverse work experience in the technology and entrepreneurship sector. Fernando co-founded Option in 2008 and served as the Executive Director & Co-Founder until October 2022. Option focuses on providing talent as a service and strives to be different and innovative in their approach. Fernando also served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Option from March 2008 until October 2022. In March 2023, they became a Co-Founder & Partner of Option Venture Studio, an organization dedicated to supporting and investing in startups. Additionally, since December 2020, Fernando has been the Director of Startups Latam, further demonstrating their passion for fostering entrepreneurship.

Fernando Oliver Irarrázaval has a background in industrial civil engineering, having studied at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2003 to 2009. In 2017, they pursued further education in the field of information technology by attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and obtaining a degree in Data Science & Big Data. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2019, Fernando continued their education at MIT and completed a program on digital transformation, focusing on platform strategies for success. Additionally, in January 2018, they obtained a certification in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from MIT.
