Oscar Zavala

Oscar Zavala, MPA, currently serves as the Talent Partner for Latinx Community Outreach and Partnerships at Options For All, a position held since May 2023, where Oscar is the organization's first bilingual talent partner. Prior experience includes a role at Microsoft as the Talent Sourcing & Events Lead, focused on sourcing strategy for Latine/a/o diversity conferences, and a recruiter position at HubSpot, specializing in emerging talent. Previous roles also encompass program management at California State University, Office of the Chancellor, program coordination at San Diego State University, and academic counseling at the University of California San Diego. Oscar holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from UC San Diego, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies, and attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
