Elliot Luscombe

Elliot Luscombe has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Elliot worked at Options for Learning as the Director of Talent Management starting in 2023. Prior to that, they had a significant role at Character Lab, serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships from April 2020 to November 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing partnerships, establishing metrics of success, and building a team to expand the organization's impact. During their time at Character Lab, they also served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and conducted analysis for the Board of Directors.

Before joining Character Lab, Elliot Luscombe worked at Education Pioneers, where they held multiple roles. Elliot was the Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Onboarding from October 2019 to April 2020, where they managed a team and oversaw the recruitment and placement process for fellowship programs.
