Kent Thomas IV, PGA

Kent Thomas IV, PGA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the golf industry. Kent is currently serving as the PGA Director of Golf Operations at Optios since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kent was the President/Founder of KTFore Golf since 2017.

Kent has been associated with the PGA of America as a Class A Member since 1997. Kent also worked at Callaway Golf as an Elite Staff Member from December 2005 to April 2018. Before that, they worked at DuPont as the PGA Director of Golf and Sports from December 2005 to September 2017.

Kent has held various positions in different golf clubs and organizations. Kent served as the PGA Director of Golf at Gleneagles Country Club from May 2004 to December 2005. Kent was the PGA Head Golf Professional at The Polo Club of Boca Raton from May 1997 to May 2004. Kent also worked as the PGA Head Golf Professional at The K Club Barbuda during winter seasons from 1994 to 1997.

Additionally, Kent worked as a Brand Ambassador for Mizuno Golf from 1996 to 2005 and as a PGA Assistant Golf Professional at Redding Country Club from 1994 to 1996.

Kent Thomas IV, PGA obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics & Finance from Keene State College. Kent became a PGA Member in 1997 and holds additional certifications as an Eyeline Golf Certified Instructor (with certifications including Tour Role Certified, 4 Putting Elements Certified, and Tour Sequence Training Certified) and as a Phil Kenyon Putting Academy Member.
