Stan Ajemian

Stan Ajemian joined OptioSurgical as Director of Customer Success in 2020. Stan has served various Medical Device and Healthcare Services startups in interior leadership roles and as a consultant, providing strategic guidance to enter the market and drive early revenue. Previously, Stan was a Senior Product Manager for 15 years in Spine and Arthroplasty, working with surgeons to develop new orthopedic devices to improve patient outcomes, and developing marketing strategies to promote their adoption. Stan is an expert in the clinical application of medical devices and instrumentation, and in pricing strategies within manufacturing organizations.

Stan holds an MSc in Medical Science from the University of Calgary, Canada, and a BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, Canada.
