Arindam Pal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Arindam is currently working at OptIQ.AI, where they hold the position of Lead - GTM & Partnership, Corporate Facility, Finance & People Manager. Prior to this role, Arindam worked at Leap Finance as an Admin - Facilities Specialist & Consultant.

Arindam gained extensive experience in office administration, real estate, and facilities services during their time at Observe.AI, where they served as a Sr. Admin & Facilities Specialist. Arindam was responsible for managing various support activities, including cafeteria and meal management, housekeeping management, maintenance management, and procurement management.

Before joining Observe.AI, Arindam worked at CBRE as a Senior Facility Executive and also had an internship at the same company as a Facility Management Intern. During their internship, they focused on both hard and soft services related to facility and property management.

Arindam also has experience at JLL as a Facility Executive (Duty Manager), where they were responsible for facility administration and supervision of a large office space. Arindam managed various aspects such as HR administration, branding, building management, health and safety, and vendor management.

Additionally, Arindam has held positions at Three Q PERMS & TEMPS as a Marketing Intern, Enterprise Ireland as an Education in Ireland Student Ambassador, Infosys as a Facility Associate, and Walt Disney World as a Trainee 'ICP'.
