Craig J. Lacava

Craig J. LaCava currently serves as a Principal Security Advisor and Director of Cyber Strategy & Transformation at Optiv since July 2019. Previously, Craig held the position of Senior Business Director at BT Global Services from August 2003 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing BT's business in the southeastern territory and overseeing complex contracts and territory P&L. In addition, Craig was a Consulting Director at BT, focusing on business consulting delivery and specializing in IT Service Management. Craig also contributed to the Information Systems Examinations Board as an ITIL Service Manager Examiner from June 2006 to January 2010. Earlier career experiences include roles at Lucent Technologies, International Network Services, and Ernst & Young LLP. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
