Laura Umbrase

Laura Umbrase is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in IT service delivery, application engineering, and architecture. Currently serving as Director of Application Engineering and Architecture at Optiv since May 2024, Laura has held significant roles including Director of IT Service Delivery at CPS Energy, IT Service Delivery Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club, and Technology Service Manager at LendingClub. Additionally, Laura has contributed to Danske Bank as Team Lead for IT Process Automation Development Team and Service Now Adoption Lead, and worked as Change Manager at Barclays. Laura earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between 2005 and 2011.
