Darío Cortés

Darío Cortés has over 10 years of experience in business development and sales roles. Darío began their career at Futurasmus KNX Group as an International Business Development Representative, where they provided sales support to international customers and managed supplier relationships. Darío then joined FLIR Systems as an Applications Engineer, where they supported integrators and final customers in the security industry and planned technical proposals. After that, they moved to PlayGiga, where they served as a Business Development Manager, responsible for B2B sales activities and expanding the business in EMEA and LATAM territories. Most recently, they worked at Optiva Media as a Director of Sales and Business Development before it was acquired by EPAM Systems, where they currently hold the position of Director of Business Development in the media and entertainment sector.

Darío Cortés completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Universitat d'Alacant in 2012, followed by a Master's in Telecommunication Engineering from the same university in 2014. In 2011, they also obtained an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology. Later, in 2020, Darío pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from thePower. Additionally, they obtained the certification for Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner Essentials from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019.
