Andrew J. Cauchi

Andrew J. Cauchi serves as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Optiva Inc., where responsibilities include leading the information management and security program to ensure system availability and protect organizational assets. With extensive experience in procurement, quality management, compliance, and information technology across various roles at Optiva, Andrew has directed initiatives such as the enterprise risk management, ERP implementation, and ISO compliance. Prior to Optiva, Andrew co-owned Retail Technologies LLC and held leadership roles at ESW Capital, EMD, GFI Software, and DataTech Consulting, demonstrating a robust background in operations and software development. Andrew holds a B.Sc. in Business and Computing from the University of Malta and participated in the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program.
