Syed Shiraz Hussain

Syed Shiraz Hussain has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Global Support Specialist at Optiva Inc. since July 2022, where responsibilities include providing tier 2 support for TCB/OBP products to prestigious clients. Prior to this, Syed held the position of Senior Consultant at Omnix International, supporting Ericsson Charging System and related technologies for Etisalat UAE from November 2016 to June 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer and Consultant with e& UAE and Ericsson, respectively, focusing on the Ericsson charging system and PCRF for Etisalat. The early career at Jazz involved Intelligent Network & VAS engineering, specializing in commissioning and maintenance of Ericsson systems. Educational qualifications include two MBAs in International Marketing and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication.
