Eric Zhao

Eric Zhao is an experienced FPGA Engineer at Optiver since February 2024, previously serving as Vice President at Goldman Sachs for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included the development of FPGA-based ultra low latency trading systems and managing exchange-native protocol and market data processing. Earlier, Eric Zhao completed a Windows Azure Software Development Engineer internship at Microsoft in mid-2013. Eric Zhao earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, graduating in 2014.
