Jayson Spiegel

Jayson Spiegel has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Program Manager for Optivor Technologies, LLC. In 2021, they became an Ambassador for the State of Maryland for the US Army Reserve. From 2007 to 2018, they were an Adjunct Fellow for the American Security Project, a Capture Manager for GRSi, a Proposal Manager for Turning Point Global Solutions, and a Proposal and Program Manager for Engineering, Software and Network Services (ESNS). From 2011 to 2017, they were a Program Director for General Dynamics Infor, a Program Manager for Military Personnel Services Corporation, and a Principal Technical Director for General Dynamics Information Technology. Finally, from 1981 to 2009, they were a Military Intelligence Officer and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Department of the Army.

Jayson Spiegel received a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the Army War College between 2004 and 2006. Jayson obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1981 and 1983 and an AB in History from Georgetown University between 1976 and 1980. Jayson also holds certifications in ITIL from AXELOS obtained in December 2016 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
