Shayaan Motamedi

Shayaan Motamedi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shayaan began their career as a Study Abroad Advisor at California State University, Chico from August 2015 to December 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Support Specialist at Everlance and later transitioned to becoming a Product Data Specialist at Hydrobuilder.com, where they managed product data, created and managed product pages, and oversaw warehouse operations until January 2019.

Following this, Shayaan served as an IT Intern at Deltalink from February to May 2019, acquiring hands-on training with Mikrotik routers and earning a certification as a Mikrotik Certified Network Associate. From September 2019 to November 2021, they worked as an IT Specialist at TruAdvantage - Bay Area's Award-Winning IT Management & Cybersecurity, where they managed and supported IT systems for various clients and provided technical support, consulting services, and infrastructure implementation.

In January 2022, Shayaan joined Young, Minney & Corr, LLP as a System Administrator and fulfilled responsibilities until March 2023. Currently, they are working as an Azure Administrator at Optm, a position they started in March 2023.

Shayaan Motamedi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from California State University, Chico, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, in 2014 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Shayaan has also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) from Microsoft in May 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2021, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) from Microsoft in May 2020, Windows Client (MD-100) from Microsoft in February 2020, and Mikrotik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) from MikroTik in April 2019.
