Joshua Wygal

Joshua Wygal has a diverse range of work experience. Joshua began their professional career as a Merit Badge Instructor at Camp Durant in 2013, where they taught various badge courses until 2016. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Area Director, responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as maintaining facilities in the Handicraft area.

Starting in 2018, Joshua joined Domino's as a Delivery Driver and was later promoted to Assistant Manager in 2018. Joshua continued in this role until 2020, overseeing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 2019, Joshua also took on a role as a Logistics Commissioner at Camp Durant, where they worked with a team to maintain facilities, organized campsite setups and tear-downs, and communicated with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

From 2020 to 2022, Joshua worked at Advance Auto Parts as a Retail Parts Pro, providing customer service and sales support. Joshua also gained experience in a salesperson role.

In 2022, Joshua embarked on internships to further their career development. Joshua first worked as an Application Engineer Intern at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence for a few months. Currently, they are serving as a Metrology Systems Engineering Intern at Opto-Alignment Technology, Inc. with plans to continue as a Metrology Systems Engineer.

Joshua Wygal completed their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2019.
