Haley Fasanaro

Haley Fasanaro has a diverse work experience that includes roles in recruiting and management. From 2019 to the present, they have worked at Optomi, starting as a Technical Recruiter in Cyber Security and progressing to the roles of Senior Technical Recruiter and Lead Cyber Security Recruiter. At Optomi, they focused on identifying and hiring top tech talent for business-critical projects. Prior to Optomi, from 2018 to 2019, they worked at Robert Half as a Recruiting Manager, where they successfully built client relationships and exceeded sales quotas. Haley also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Marriott International from 2013 to 2018, where they held various roles including Performance Manager, Operations and Performance Manager, Manager in Training, and Lead Front Desk.

Haley Fasanaro obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Resort and Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015. Haley also holds a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, which they obtained from CompTIA in January 2021.
