James Cowell

James Cowell has a diverse work experience in field service engineering. james started their career as a Field Services Engineer at Canon (UK) in 1998 and worked there until July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Canon's products.

In 2020, James joined KoKo pft as a Field Engineer Medical. In this role, they provided on-site customer support for lung function respiratory equipment, both in the UK and internationally. james repaired and set up equipment and systems at the company's UK offices and communicated software and hardware issues to the USA technical team. james also assisted the sales teams with equipment demonstrations. james worked at KoKo pft until February 2023.
