Jessica Bauer

Jessica Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica started their career at Imagistics Pitney Bowes Office Equipment in 2002 as a Commercial Sales Representative, where they achieved the position of the top sales representative in the nation for two consecutive quarters. Bauer then worked as a Sales Representative at Airborne Express/DHL, where they successfully established and managed corporate accounts. Jessica later joined Ciba Vision/Novartis as a Medical Sales Representative, focusing on increasing sales of FreshLook Contact Lens in their assigned territory. At Bausch & Lomb, Bauer served as a Territory Manager, building strong relationships with optometry offices and promoting new products. Jessica then joined Ophthonix, Inc. in 2009, starting as a Lens Account Manager and successfully increasing lens sales in Southern CA. Jessica later held the positions of Regional Account Manager and Executive Account Manager, where they provided sales training, mentoring, and represented the company at national shows. Bauer's most recent role is Director of Sales, West at Optos, where they oversee sales operations and is responsible for the sales team's performance in the western region.
