Thomas Ducharme

Thomas Ducharme has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Cook and Host at Uncle Tony's Pizza. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Field Technician at Millennium Power Services. In 2009, they joined TeamOps as Event Staff. In 2012, Thomas began working at Optos, initially as a Value Stream Material Coordinator, responsible for controlling and tracking material flow to the production floor. Thomas also provided technical support for Microsoft CRM and Dynamics GP. In 2015, they transitioned to a Supply Chain Analyst role until March 2021. From April 2021 onwards, Thomas served as a Materials Team Lead at Optos, responsible for managing the receiving and store team and implementing warehouse improvement. Finally, in April 2022, they became the Inventory Control and Logistics Manager at Optos.

Thomas Ducharme attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management. Thomas also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision at the University of Massachusetts Amherst during the same period.
