Chrp Kinjal Gandhi

Kinjal Gandhi, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at OPTrust since August 2022, following a similar role at Brookfield Asset Management from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to these positions, Kinjal held the role of Administrative Coordinator for Corporate Accounts at Ecolab from January 2019 to November 2021, supporting client portfolios and facilitating cross-functional teams. Experience also includes working as a Consultant in the Investigations Department at Scotiabank and completing a Human Resources internship at GardaWorld. Initial roles involved data management and support at Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Kinjal holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and Psychology from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
