Dee Ratnayake

Dee Ratnayake, CFA, is a seasoned professional in real estate investments with a current position as Senior Analyst at OPTrust since April 2022, previously serving as Analyst in the same division. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson, focusing on commercial real estate investment sales, and at James A. Richardson Family Office. Earlier roles also include a Staff Accountant/Consultant Co-op at KPMG and a Capital Market Analyst for the Government of Manitoba, where responsibilities included managing transactions for a $1.6 billion client portfolio. Additional leadership experience was gained as Vice President of the University of Manitoba Investment Group. Dee Ratnayake holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
