Jeffery Sun

Jeffery Sun is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Multi-strategy Investments at OPTrust since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading investments in novel technologies and innovations. Previously held roles include Principal for Digital Assets and Fintech focused on technology and innovation investing, Associate Portfolio Manager managing quantitative multi-asset strategies, and Investment Analyst conducting quantitative research on asset allocation. Prior to OPTrust, Jeffery worked as a Senior Analyst in Market Risk at BMO Capital Markets and gained experience through internships in alternative investments at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and public equity investment at DongXing Securities Ltd. Jeffery holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
