Katherine Sklors

Katherine Sklors is an experienced director currently serving at Optum since July 2022, where leadership includes managing multiple IT service desk functions, specialty service desks, field services, knowledge management, quality assurance, learning & development, reporting, project management, and integrations. Prior to Optum, Katherine held various managerial roles at Target from February 2013 to September 2022, including Portfolio Manager and Project Manager, and was a Manager in Facilities Management Operations Center. Katherine also served as a Manager at The Buckle, Inc. from May 2005 to February 2013. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth, obtained in 2005.
