Kathryn Stanley is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in mental health and support services. Currently serving as a UM Care Advocate at Optum since August 2021, Kathryn previously worked as a Clinical Social Worker for Duke University Health System and held various roles at Triangle Springs, including Lead Therapist and Inpatient Therapist. Previous positions also include Outpatient Therapist at Monarch, Intensive In Home Team Lead at Access Family Services, and ACTT Coordinator at Monarch. Early career experience includes internships at WakeMed and Haven House Services, where Kathryn assessed mental health needs and coordinated community support for youth in crisis. Kathryn holds a Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University.
