Stefany Fuentes

Stefany Fuentes, MA, LMFT, CEAP, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Onsite EAP Consultant at Optum since July 2022, offering in-person EAP consultation at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. Additionally, Stefany is an Onsite/Private Practice Mental Health Therapist with Lyra Health, working with Google employees to address various mental health challenges. As the CEO of Damask Family Counseling & Consulting Center Prof. Corp since December 2018, Stefany combines leadership with clinical expertise. Previous roles include serving as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Modern Health, a Psychiatric Social Worker II for the County of San Mateo, and a Clinical Interviewer at BetterHelp.com.
