Ugo Mattera

Ugo Mattera currently serves as Vice President of Core Infrastructure at Optum, leading a multi-disciplinary global IT Engineering and Operations team of over 100 members, while implementing Agile methodologies and overseeing infrastructure integration between Change Healthcare (acquired by Optum) and Optum Technology. Prior to Optum, Ugo held several leadership roles at Change Healthcare, including VP of IT Infrastructure Engineering and VP of IT Operations and Optimization Office, where responsibilities included managing extensive engineering teams and ensuring compliance in a regulated healthcare environment. Ugo's earlier experience includes serving as VP of IT Operations at McKesson, Director of IT Operations at Intelliclaim, and Desk-side Support Team Lead at Xerox. Ugo holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Norwalk State Technical College.
