Vijaya Srikanti

Vijaya Srikanti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development at Optum since April 2013, Vijaya manages multiple teams focused on product development and previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Software Engineering, where leadership was provided to multiple scrum teams for complex product delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Project Development Manager at MetLife from July 2008 to April 2014 and as Sr. Analyst/Developer at Goldman Sachs from May 2005 to July 2008. Vijaya holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University.
