Munmun Choudhary

Munmun Choudhary has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an Application Engineer at CSS Corp, where they provided network solutions and handled customer queries. They then moved on to Cognizant in 2017 as a Senior Process Executive, answering inbound calls and completing documentation for US-based BFS providers. In 2018, they joined Disprz as a Customer Success Associate, focusing on client onboarding and providing support to grow the business. Afterwards, Munmun worked at Reflektive, first as a Customer Success Associate from 2020 to 2022, and then as a Product Specialist. Currently, in 2022, Munmun is working as a Senior Customer Success Associate at Optym.

Munmun Choudhary completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Sree Sastha Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Munmun attended St Karen's Secondary School from 2008 to 2010, where the field of study was Computer Science.
