Ravijeet Tokala

Ravijeet Tokala has a diverse range of experience in talent acquisition and management. Starting in 2004, they worked for Sogeti USA, LLC as a Territory Manager, overseeing recruiting and staffing efforts in multiple geographies and building strong relationships with business leaders. During their time at HARMAN from 2013 to 2015, Ravijeet served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for STC Americas, strategically maximizing revenue opportunities and improving hiring efficiency. Ravijeet then joined Tech Mahindra as a Group Manager, where they optimized talent acquisition across multiple regions, introduced offshore recruiting, and led HR integration efforts. From 2016 to 2018, Ravijeet worked as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Hudson Advisors, L.P., where they developed and executed a global recruiting strategy, reduced agency hiring costs, and improved the candidate experience. Ravijeet Tokala has pursued a Master's Degree in Labor Law and Labor Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
