Avinash Bandlapalli is a Product Manager at Optymize. Avinash was previously an intern at SoluLab Inc, where they built the foundations of an upcoming product which is a platform for remote hiring of technical freelancers. Their responsibilities included validating the business idea, formulating the vision, analyzing the market and competitors, identifying opportunity gaps, interviewing potential users, and leading a team of interns. Avinash was also the Lead Business Analyst for 2 blockchain projects - an NFT marketplace for wellness and personal development ecosystem, and a sports ecosystem focused on MLB and MMA consisting of NFT trading and staking pools. Prior to that, they were a Junior Business Data Analyst at Asta CRS, Inc. and an Industrial Engineer Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Avinash has also worked as a Startup Consultant Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Avinash Bandlapalli has a Master of Science in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
