Jyoti Agarwal

Jyoti Agarwal is currently the Client Success Director at Optymyze. Prior to that, they were with Synygy from June 2004 to December 2016, where they served as the Project Manager and Team Leader. In that role, they were responsible for facilitating and implementing project deliverables, goals, and milestones, while simultaneously motivating team to meet, achieve, and over-achieve all metrics and aspirations. Jyoti also served as the testing, implementation, process, and team leader across multiple concurrent projects. Jyoti has a long history of successfully communicating testing strategy, test plans, and all levels of project progress to client contacts and internal management, collaborating to ensure a unified delivery approach. Jyoti has also maintained SSAE certifications for all projects in the company.

Jyoti Agarwal has a Master of Science (MS) in Finance from the University of Denver, and a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Jyoti Agarwal reports to Steve Gantenbein, CEO. They are on a team with Gabriel Cojocaru - Senior Business Analyst, Shruti Singh - CRM and Operations Manager, and Iuliana Bratu - Customer Engagement Director.
