Rachel Schultz

Rachel Schultz is an experienced search consultant with a robust background in executive recruiting and organizational leadership. Currently serving at Opus Advisors since October 2015, Rachel previously held the position of Partner in the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson from September 2011 to August 2014, a top-tier global executive search firm. Prior to that, Rachel was the Director at The Gerson Group, an elite corporate development advisory firm, from November 2005 to September 2011, and worked as a Consultant at AT Kearney Executive Search from February 2004 to November 2005. Rachel began a career in recruiting at Lehman Brothers as a Recruiter from June 2000 to February 2004. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, completed in 1999.
