Tiffany Cohen

Tiffany Cohen, CMP, CITP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tiffany currently holds the position of SVP Incentives and Global Sourcing at Opus Agency since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff, Events at The Linux Foundation starting from March 2023. From May 2022 to March 2023, Tiffany worked as the Sr. Director, Client Engagement at MCW Events.

Tiffany'sprevious roles include being a Senior Director, Incentive Group and Director Of Event Management at Opus Agency from June 2019 to May 2022, and from August 2011 to June 2019 respectively. Tiffany also worked as the Director of Education & Marketing at USFN from August 2007 to August 2011, and as a Special Events Manager at Goodwill of Orange County from April 2004 to August 2007. Additionally, Tiffany served as a Promotions Manager at Workforce Management from 1999 to 2004.

Tiffany Cohen, CMP, CITP completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Vanguard University of Southern California, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Tiffany further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council in 2007 and the Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) certification from SITE in 2021.
