Paul Davis

Paul Davis is a seasoned insolvency professional with extensive experience in corporate and personal insolvency. Currently serving as a Partner at Opus Restructuring & Insolvency since June 2022, Paul provides expert advice on UK insolvency procedures while holding an active role as a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. In addition to this role, Paul is a Director and President of the Insolvency Practitioners Association since April 2017. Previous positions include Partner at Buchler Phillips, MacIntyre Hudson, and Begbies Traynor, where Paul focused on turnaround strategies, solvent liquidations, and business rescue initiatives. Paul’s career began at Deloitte Haskins + Sells, where a foundation in financial management was established.
