Matthew Hendrick

Matthew Hendrick is a Senior Support Specialist at Opus Fund Services since November 2019, where responsibilities include managing helpdesk tickets, supporting automated systems, troubleshooting, and configuring workstations and software. Previously, Matthew served as an IT Service Desk Specialist at PwC in 2019 and completed a project internship at Windesheim University in the Netherlands from September 2016 to January 2017. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Software Systems Development from Waterford Institute of Technology.
